we are bound by federal health regulations and due to the nature of our hair products, all of our hair extensions and closures are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately.  A discount/ store credit on a future purchase may be offered to offset the defective issue. The item must not have any signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair.
